I have only had the fridge 10 days. A more valued review would be after a year or two. That said my only issueIs a a design flaw with the water in door. It is to far out by an inch. If you don™€™t put your glass right under it, it over shoots glass on to floor. If it™€™s a narrow glass or bike size water bottle, you can™€™t use it to push lever. You have to use your hand to push lever and hold bottle or small glass under spout. Not a deal breaker, but a weird design.

We switched from a regular size refrigerator to this counter depth French door refrigerator. I was so worried it would be so much smaller, but the refrigerator part is just the opposite. It's large and I can find everything! The crisper drawers keep everything super fresh. The LED lighting is very bright. I love the water and ice feature always having it at our fingertips. I love having the deli tray in there as well. Going from the larger refrigerator, the freezer is where I lost a little bit of space, however the deep drawers are compartmentalized, and I can separate my frozen meat, vegetables, etc. The best part is I have had no issues whatsoever with fingerprints. It's very resistant and the long handles really help keep it clean.

The quality of this refrigerator is crap. There is insulation on the freezer drawer, came with dented door that got replaced but previous door had insulation on the plastic. Replacement door was filthy and doesn™€™t match the depth of other door.. Other door is wavy and am told that is normal because of insulation in door. Shelves do not fit all the holes correctly and sit at different heights. Shelves are weak in center and cannot be varied. Quality coming out of the factory is the issue. As much as they cost and as unreliable as refrigerators are today they should at least be of good quality when you get them.

Great fridge, unsure of ice maker

I received this as a replacement for an older model that failed. We use a lot of ice and not sure if this model can keep up. Our previous model had large ice cubes in the bottom, this model has the smaller square cubes, the same as in the top ice maker. Seems to only make a few cubes a day and has never filled up the bin in the two weeks since we have had it. Hopefully it picks up in ice production! If you need a lot of ice, I would look at all options prior to purchasing this model.

3 door refridgerator

It holds a lot more than my old counter depth. They made it so it leans back apparently so the doors close and I don't love that look. The cupboards show it a lot and it looks like its leaning I never had problems with my doors closing before and none of my fridges leaned. It literally is even with the cabinets on top ant sticks out 2 inches at bottom poor design look. My 1st one has several issues including bent door and broken rack, best buy was excellent no questions asked and brought a new one out. This one doesn't have any of those issues.

I have only had the fridge a couple of weeks but so far it works like a charm. Make a great amount of ice and love the professional grade touches. My only complaint would be that the water from the fridge could be a bit colder and the door ice dispenser can be a little messy if you don't have a big enough cup/glass.

Beautiful and spacious refrigerator especially for a 22.6 cu ft. Great use of space. My only complaint is that the left side door always has to be closed first because it's designed with a door alignment spacer and although Frigidaire had efficiency in mind, I have never had a French door refrigerator where I had to be mindful of closing the left side first AND ensuring that alignment spacer was positioned before closing the door. Other highly recommended manufacturers design counter-depth French door refrigerators without this limitation. I think it's reasonable to expect a user-friendly experience, especially when it comes to everyday tasks like closing the refrigerator door. Having to shut the left door first and ensure the spacer is in place can be seen as an unnecessary "complication" especially when you have kids or guests who are not used to having to think about a door closing sequence to get something from the refrigerator.

The fridge is aesthetically pleasing. This Frigidaire replaced a Whirlpool Gold larger standard depth fridge. It™€™s louder, the freezer drawer makes scary ticking noise when opening, the filtered water isn™€™t chilled, and it™€™s smaller. I™€™ve had it for about a week now and I have gotten accustomed to the noise, I™€™m careful when pulling out the freezer drawer, I add a few cubes of ice for chilled water, and the smaller size is appropriate since we are empty nesters. There is no Wi-Fi, fancy ice cubes, or see through glass doors, but I™€™m betting on reliability. About 22 years ago I bought a Frigidaire deep freezer. I still use it today. The freezer was damaged by a forklift while moving about 15 years ago and it still works today, (knock on wood). Unfortunately, I have had to purchase 2 refrigerators within 15 years. I stayed with the same brand as far as kitchen appliances until now. My 22 year old Frigidaire deep freezer is the garage. There was no way I would have bought another Whirlpool fridge.

Never buy a Frigidaire again!!! Huge mistake!

I purchased a Frigidaire refrigerator in June 2022, at a cost of almost $3000. On the two year mark, the ice maker located in the freezer has stopped working and needs to be replaced. Clearly, the ice maker was defective and inherently subpar. It will cost over $600 to replace. I contacted Frigidaire as there are many ice maker recalls on the website for similar models. I was advised that my model was not in fact recalled and that it was my obligation and burden to replace the ice maker on a 24 month old appliance. I am appalled and disappointed. I am a Sub Zero proponent and proudly have had one for over 25 years without any problems. A Sub Zero wouldn't fit the space, hence my Frigidaire purchase. Well, lesson learned. This will be my first and last Frigidaire purchase. I will advise my friends and family of my unfortunate experience with this company. Do not buy a Frigidaire appliance.

This is my first bottom freezer/ French door fridge with ice/water in the door and so far, I am very pleased. I was able to get counter depth and not give up much cubic footage over the last fridge I had which lasted 20 years. Quiet, easy to clean and to see and organize your food, both fresh and frozen. ice in the door and in a bin. a win all around!

So far I like everything about this fridge. I took away one star because the drawers are a bit weird. They only pull out about half way. You can pull them out all the way, but to do so you have to disengage the wheels from the track. The deli drawer is worse than the produce drawers and is narrower than expected. Also, it very much will freeze your strawberries if they™€™re on the top shelf despite the ™€œno chill zones™€I love that you can get water and ice from the door, even if the doors are open
