I have bought a new stove LDG4313ST during the July 4th sale and rebate and all the paperwork I received said the stove is on the rebate list but LG says no after spending upwards of 6k you think that they would know not to give faults information paperwork saying so. Done with LG wont be passing the word out to buy LG. They also have a bad customer service for any problems you WILL not may occur.

Purchased this stove approximately 19 months ago. Broiler worked correctly for first year. I have had 3 repair calls to fix the broiler with no success. It started going off after a few minutes. This never occurred during the first year. I have been told it will intermittently go on and off. Never had that happen during the first year. It does not go on and off. In order to broil something I have to start shut it off wait a few minutes and start again. I was told to only broil thin cuts of meat. Steaks burgers and roast were the items I used to broil. Not sure why only thin meats are recommended. I wouldnt use a broiler for thin cuts. This stove was almost $2000. Definitely NOT worth it.

We purchased the oven a little over three years ago and it has given us great service. An issue with the oven lights staying on came up and LG scheduled a repair person right away. The unit was no longer under warranty but the repair tech found the problem immediately and no new parts were necessary. He suggested to LG that they reduce our service expense by 50. We are still waiting to see on that one.

Great Stove - Poor LG Customer Support

The actual unit is nice and functions well. I have had several problems with LG Customer Support. I live in an area that does not have Natural Gas but instead we have propane and we need different orifices to use the stove safely. The wrong conversion kit was sent with my stove and I called LG customer support twice and was told twice that they would send me a new kit. I finally went to the store where I purchased the unit from and they called LG Support and I finally received the necessary parts after 71 days.

I have enjoyed the stove and the range. There was a problem that one of the five nozzles for converting the range to LP was the wrong size. I tried contacting support three times to get it replaced without success. I would be informed that support would contact me within a few days but if I did not notice and respond to their email within the allowed time I think it was 12 hours the support ticket would expire. The response from support came in on a weekend each time and I didnt respond in time. Eventually I gave up and have just been using the range with one less burner than it should have.

A Dud of an Oven

The heating has never been consistent. In the two years we have had it it has always either cooked both ovens as 50-100 degrees too cool or too hot. Their repair tech they recommended I work with cant give me a definite answer what is wrong and their estimate for fixing was over $800 replacing the four parts they thought it could be. Super dissapointed and wont be coming back to LG for appliances

I like the oven but there are issues. First food in the top oven needs to be rotated or else it burns on the back edge. Next Ive had the oven replaced and have had 4 or 5 Ive lost count visits from an LG technician to solve problems. First it was a gas leak. Next it was orange flames when they should be blue. Parts were replaced 3 times and it seems to be OK for now...

I bought this stove because of the double oven and convection oven features. I am overall pleased with this purchase except I wish the oven sizes were flipped. I wish the bigger sized oven was on the top and the smaller one was on the bottom. Its difficult to lift a large Dutch oven or a turkey essentially off the floor.

Im only giving 1 star because zero is not possible. I bought this unit around Oct 2023 and starting getting a gas smell around 2/27/2024. Notified LG who referred me to the area appliance repair vendor that does the warranty work. I have been waiting for a part for three weeks and I assume this is common because the tech knows what it needs just based on what I told them. LG appliances never again LG should stay with selling TVs.

We bought this range in November 2023 and the Ultra burner has been a problem. It burns extremely high and does not ignite properly. Its been serviced twice AT OUR COST. Weve also had to watch baking very closely. The longer the oven is on the hotter it gets. It does not appear to be regulating the heat properly. We also do not like the panel where the knobs are located. It is hard to clean and looks like it is smudged all the time. Finally LG Customer Service is a nightmare.

Know where the serial number is before you call

This is our 2nd LG gas stove. We had a problem with one of the burners and it took many phone calls for someone to come out and fix the burner. One call there was a rooster crowing so loudly in the background that we finally gave up and had to call back to speak to someone else. We could not get any help until we located the serial number of the oven. No one at LG could tell us where the serial number was. Thankfully someone from the big box store had one in the their warehouse and she was able to go and turn the stove almost upside down to find the serial number. It was hidden under the front panel of the stove. No one at LG could help us until that serial number was located and it was not on any of our paperwork. We like the product but the customer service is another matter.

Bought this range based mainly on the LG rep and own other LG items. It takes an hour to bake a cake that should only take 30 minutes. I can turn the oven on to 350 degrees and when it signals the oven is up to temperature I turn it off and immediately turn it back on to 350 and the oven is 330 degrees and shows heating up again. The only way I can bake is to increase the temperature by 20 degrees and pray.

Problems from the beginning LG refuses to fix

Burners set too high. I have had service out 4 times and there is nothing they can do to make it it normal. LG service refuses to replace it. The flame is so high that even at the lowest setting its a roaring boil You cant leave any food on the stove so if you have to simmer something for 30 minutes you have to stand over it the entire time. The service guy out here suggested to LG to replace it because there is obviously an issue but LGs response it it is performance within its parameters. So basically even when service says it needs replaced LG doesnt care. I paid extra for a warranty but they wont do anything to fix the issue. So disappointed in this brand. Wont purchase any other LG products unless they fix this issue

We bought this through Lowes.. bought a extended warranty and have problems with it from the start. The gas flame is so high on the lowest setting that at low there is a rolling boil. You can not leave the stove even for a minute or the food will burn.. Service has been out 4 times so far and suggested that it be replaced but LG refuses to replace it. I bought an extended warranty for a reason but if LG will not honor what the service man suggests then why purchase from them at all. LG does not stand behind their products so you are stuck with what you get

Probake oven didnt bake correctly. Product was detective and LG wouldnt help. Took delivery on 1/12. It wasnt until 1/15 when the oven was at a specific temp did we realize it didnt work properly. Reached out on 1/15 via LG chat. Received a case # and was told someone would contact us. Never happened. Had to call again on 1/30. Multiple times. Spent hours trying to get help. LG wouldnt provide replacement. Dont waste your money or time with this company.

I would not change for the world. This is the second version of this range and the only difference is the current version does not have the center griddle. However that was a small price to pay for the ability to get this range at the time - med Covid. Temp control for the burners is excellent and it is the same for the ovens.

Having the ability to bake 2 items and different temperatures is great Also like the intuitive separate controls for each of the ovens and 2 timers labelled for each oven. Bought the optional griddle - not as happy with it it has to be removed to lift the adjoining burner grates.

I had this installed 12/19/23...it is very difficult to put something in or take something out of the bottom oven as the oven bottom is almost on the floor...I cannot lift a ham turkey etc. into or out of the oven without someone to help...the top oven is too narrow to cook certain foods...I was told this was one of just a few LG models that would fit my space and conform to Massachusetts clearance codes...the other models were all much more expensive so I settled on this one as I had no choice...

So there would be two reviews. The first stove we purchased from Home Depot was a nightmare and we were very disappointed with the service we received from Home Depot and LG. The second stove we purchased from Lowes has worked like charm. We do wish that it had some sort of stand to raise it up because the bottom oven is very low but we love it.

We were so excited to have this gas range unit So sad when it was installed and we started smelling gas turned the gas off We called LG and they organized for a local service provider to come and look at it. The local service provider determined it needed a new part so we waited... it was over Christmas but it took 4 weeks for the part to finally arrive. It was installed we were super excited and we went to our new basement kitchen in the evening and it smelled like gas The repair person returned and took the entire stove apart and found 2 gas leaks got it all fixed and then in the evening we went downstairs to check on it... IT SMELLED LIKE GAS again we turned the gas off and contacted LG and are working with them to get a new unit. We are still in the process of getting this taken care of. We dont even know if the oven/stove cooks well. Can you say Lemon Thank heavens we checked and didnt go on vacation while the stove was leaking

I bought this stove about 2 years ago. I live here part-time so it did not have much use. About a year ago I began smelling propane. My husband did not smell it so I ignored the issue. We left for a week and when we returned our whole condo smelled strongly of propane. I called customer service. They referred me to a repairman but said it was outside of warranty. I provided them with a document from the State of Maine Attorney General which states all products have an implied 4 year warranty. They told me to call back another time to get me off the phone. I was speaking to someone outside of the country so I knew that I would not get anywhere. I paid $500 to have the regulator replaced. A day later I noticed it was still leaking propane. I took the range apart to confirm that it was converted appropriately from natural gas to propane. It was all done correctly. I threw it in a landfill yesterday. Too bad for LG you can stiff me once for the $2000 I have invested in this unit but I wont give you the opportunity to do it again. I manage properties will be buying appliances for at least 2 more houses in the next 6 months. I will not do business with companies who have terrible customer service.

Front panel easy to understand

We purchased this oven about a month ago. The features are great and the electronic panel is easy to understand. The burners heat to the desired temp as indicated on the front dials. Sauces slowly simmer on the low setting without burning the bottom of the pot. The ovens heat quickly and are true to temperature.

We purchased this oven approximately a month ago. I wanted a double oven because that is what I had previously and I love the option of cooking food at different temperatures for different amounts of time. This oven heats quickly and the burners are true to their settings. Meaning when I turn a burner to low it cooks low. I had some spaghetti sauce on the stove and it simmered on low perfectly without burning. Just like a crock put would. The features on the oven are easy to understand and convenient.

You get no rating because your appliances are horrible. It was the worst oven ever. It caught fire on 11/25/2023 and I will NEVER buy another LG product oven or fridge. I sent video to LG showing fire and they still have not reached out to me.

I bought this back towards the end of October. It replaced the gas range that came with my house when I bought my house. Its already proven easier to clean more reliable in terms of temperature control in both ovens and the cooktop is joy to work with. Having the five different power burners is phenomenal. I can have something simmer long term while I work on other dishes or other meals without worrying about it burning. I made post-Thanksgiving turkey stock with the use of the power burner to heat the water in the stockpot then easily shifted the full stock pot to the simmer burned for hours of extracting goodness into the stock water. And because the simmer burner wasnt overpowered for the job it never burned anything on the bottom of the stock pot. I have been making stock about once a month all year and this was the easiest clean up my stock pot had Just because of some intelligent thought given to how a cook would use the cooktop. The fact that the rack over the burners is all of one level makes moving pots around on the cooking surface simple. Its not normally an issue but moving say a full 12 qt stock pot from one burner to another was simple for me. The dual oven feature hasnt been used as often but I enver expected it to be something I used routinely. Having the capability to cook at two different temperature regimens is something I do appreciate. The UI is fairly intuitive and works well for me so far. I still have some errors getting used to it largely turning off the oven when I mean to turn off a timer but thats a minor thing and easily dealt with. NB I have not been able to get the WiFi connection to work but I also dont care much about having my oven connected to my WiFi. If it were a feature I cared more about Im sure I would have put more effort into making it work. I cant speak to durability but only time will tell about that.

The blue interior of gas range is beautiful.

I bought the gas range about 2 weeks ago. The exterior of the range is very nice however the interior is difficult to keep clean even with easy clean function
