RETURN POLICY:
At Baron’s we are committed to your satisfaction. Returning a product can be stressful, so we're here to help you get it right the first time. Our talented product experts are available to help you select the right product for your needs and application. We encourage you to take advantage of our expertise before making your purchase.
If a return is necessary, your product expert can help facilitate the return. To start the return process, call or email us through the Contact Us page. Policies and procedures for obtaining a return authorization vary based on the reason for return, and the time elapsed. See below for more information.
Defective Products: Most of our products include a one year, parts and labor warranty. See your product literature or speak with one of our product experts for details. If your product is defective upon arrival, contact us about the problem within 96 hours of receipt. If you notice the defect after 96 hours of receipt, please contact the product's manufacturer directly. Contact information for the manufacturer is included in the product literature, or we can help you start that repair process. Products in use or installed are not eligible for return after 96 hours.
Damaged Products: Product(s) damaged during shipping are eligible for exchange at no charge to you within 96 hours. Upon delivery, immediately inspect all items for damage. If a product is damaged, you have three options: 1. You may be eligible for a damage allowance, 2. You can choose to have a new appliance delivered, or 3. You can keep the item, and we can repair the damage. The right choice is up to the convenience of each customer.

The Product Does Not Meet Your Needs: Delivered products in use or installed are not returnable after 96 hours. Within 96 hours, any returned products must be free of any cosmetic damage. Products that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for return or will incur a 25% percent restocking fee. Any product that has been altered for installation cannot be returned. Shipping and handling charges from our warehouse are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for shipping charges incurred when returning a product.
Special orders: Special Order merchandise is subject to a 50% restocking fee even if not yet delivered. And will not be eligible for return if delivered and out of the box after 96 hours.
The customer agrees to the terms and conditions published above when they place a completed order with our company. In addition, the customer authorizes their credit card company to abide by these terms. We reserve the right to cancel orders at any time.
Sealed Boxed Items: Factory sealed items may be returned up to 14 days with no restock fees. Factory sealed items returned after 14 days, but less than 30 days will be assessed a 25% restock fee. No return of any kind after 30 days.
Refunds will be handled according to our store's policies. Please contact us for a copy of our store's policies.
